Before starting, Nicholas was tired of feeling stuck with a “dad bod,” aches, and pains. Nicholas was not new to the gym. He had been lifting weights for almost 20 years. His biggest problem was his diet. He didn’t know how to eat to lose fat while his doctor was telling him to eat fewer carbs. He often felt low on energy and would get stuck in an “all-or-nothing” mindset with food.
