Tips for the Best Yogurt Popsicles
Use Full-Fat or Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt creates a creamier texture and adds protein. Full-fat yogurt helps prevent icy popsicles.
Sweeten Slightly More Than You Think
Frozen foods taste less sweet, so the mixture should taste slightly sweeter before freezing.
Press Granola Into the Yogurt
This helps the granola stick to the popsicle instead of falling off when unmolded.
Don’t Overfill the Molds
Leave a little room at the top because the mixture expands slightly as it freezes.
Use Finely Chopped Fruit
Large pieces of fruit can freeze very hard, so small pieces or puree work best for kids.

Easy Flavor Combinations
Strawberry Banana
Layer vanilla yogurt with strawberry puree and banana slices.
Blueberry Peach
Use blueberry puree and chopped peaches with vanilla yogurt.
Mango Raspberry
Layer mango puree, raspberries, and coconut granola.
Mixed Berry
Use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries for a colorful berry pop.
Tropical
Try mango, pineapple, coconut yogurt, and coconut granola.
Make-Ahead and Storage
These popsicles are great for meal prep because they keep well in the freezer.
Store frozen popsicles in the molds or transfer them to a freezer-safe bag once solid. Place parchment paper between popsicles to prevent sticking.
For best texture, enjoy within 1 month.
